The assistance program for international travelers, including 24/7 emergency hotline, medical referrals, emergency evacuation, and repatriation, as well as access to country-specific safety and medical information is now called Harvard Travel Assist. The new emergency phone number is

This replaces the services previously offered by International SOS.
Helping Harvard students, faculty, and staff stay safe and healthy while they are abroad is a primary goal for Global Support Services, and we are developing offerings for a range of travelers and destinations.
